Can I manage turnovers for several hosts at once?

Yes. Each host is a client with their own properties, rates and invoices, and each unit keeps its own turnover checklist.

How do cleaners report a damaged or missing item?

They file a damage, maintenance or supply report from the job, and it stays open in your reports until you resolve it with notes and cost.

Can hosts see the turnover photos themselves?

Yes. Owner portal access shows a host the jobs and photos for their own properties only.

Built around check-out and check-in

Turnovers get scheduled tight, moved often and judged on the details. STATIC keeps each unit's turnover standard attached to the job rather than in someone's memory.

Same-day turnover scheduling with drag-to-reschedule
A guest-ready checklist per unit, including linens and amenity restock
Before and after photos stored with the job record
Damage and maintenance reports raised from the field
Low-supply alerts from cleaners with restock follow-up

Proof the host can look at

When a guest claims the unit was not clean, the photo set and completed checklist for that turnover are already on the job. Hosts you work for can be given portal access to their own properties.

Billing per turnover

Charge per turnover, per unit or per host, invoice from completed jobs, and track what each cleaner earns on a turnover separately from your other expenses.
